All bookings are made on the basis of the following "General Terms and Conditions". By booking a golf course or private lessons, you agree to the "Terms and Conditions". The basis of the contract is the described scope of services of the respective courses/private lessons on the Internet. Agreements that deviate from this require written confirmation. Registration is only binding upon receipt of a course confirmation. The golf school reserves the right to change course times, places of instruction and course dates due to unforeseeable
events.

Booking golf courses:
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount. Please transfer the remaining amount no later than 28 days before the start of the trip. For bookings made less than 28 days before the start of the trip, we kindly ask you to pay the order amount in full upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

If you do not pay the deposit and/or the final payment in accordance with the agreed payment dues, we are entitled to withdraw from the travel contract after a reminder with a deadline and to charge you with the cancellation costs.

Booking private lessons:
Private lessons are payable on site. Either in cash, by vouchers or by invoice. All prices are incl. VAT.

You can withdraw from a booking at any time. Please note that charges may apply for rebookings and cancellations.

Golf courses & private lessons:

If a course is booked within 14 days until 24 hours before the start of the course, this booking is binding and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

For golf course cancellations from 14 days to 1 day before the start of the course, 70% of the total amount will be forfeited. For cancellations of golf courses from 1. Course day and no-shows are charged 80% cancellation costs. Cancellations cannot be accepted due to bad weather or rain. near
Failure of lessons due to the weather conditions (golf course closed) these hours will be made up on the other course days, a partial refund is not possible.

Only private lessons can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within the last 48 hours, the price will be fully calculated.

If you do not use individual services as a result of early return travel or for other compelling private reasons, no refund can be made.

If you do not use individual services that have been duly reserved for you due to early return travel or other compelling reasons, there is no entitlement to a pro-rata refund of the travel price.

The GOMAR Golf S.L. is entitled to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Such a change shall be notified to the customer in writing or transmitted electronically if this type of transmission allows the customer to save or print the changes in a legible form. They shall be deemed to have been approved if the customer does not object in writing or by electronic means within six weeks of notification of the change
